Your Responsibility

When you use this app, you're saying:

• "I'm here to do the work."
• "I won't abuse the platform."
• "I'm not gonna blame 100days.ink if I slack off."

We don't guarantee you'll finish your goal — that's on you. But we've built the platform to give you every chance to win.

You are solely responsible for any input provided to the AI coaching feature. You agree not to input unlawful, harmful, or sensitive personal information. If you enable this feature, you accept the risks associated with AI-generated content.

Our Rules

By using 100days.ink, you agree to:

• You must be at least 16 years old to use 100days.ink. If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from users under the age of 16 and will delete any such accounts.
• Not upload anything illegal or abusive.
• Respect others' public commitments and content.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms — no drama, no debate.

AI Coaching (Optional Feature)

We offer an optional daily coaching feature powered by OpenAI. By using this feature, you agree to OpenAI’s Terms of Use. You can enable or disable this feature at any time in your settings.

Limitation of Liability

100days.ink is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of bugs. You understand and agree that your use of 100days.ink is at your sole risk. We make no warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated content. This feature is provided for motivational purposes only and should not be relied on as professional advice. Use at your own discretion.

Right to Modify or Remove AI Features

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the AI coaching feature at any time without prior notice.

Privacy

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data anytime from your profile settings.
