What We Collect

• Your email address and name.
• Your 100-day commitment data (text, start/end dates, privacy level, tip amount).
• Technical information like your IP address, browser type, and device information (collected automatically by Firebase).

What We Use It For

• To let you log in and use the app.
• To store and display your commitments.
• To improve performance, security, and reliability via Firebase services.

What We Don't Do

• No selling your info.
• No ad tracking.
• No third-party marketing access.
• No shadow profiling or hidden analytics.

How We Store It

• Hosted securely on Firebase, encrypted at rest and in transit.
• Your data may be processed in Switzerland, Europe, or the United States depending on Firebase's infrastructure, with appropriate safeguards.
• Protected with modern authentication and security best practices.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as needed to provide our service or as required by law. If you delete your account, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Legal Disclosures

We do not sell or share your information. However, we may disclose personal information if required by law, for example in response to a valid legal request or subpoena.

Legal Basis for Processing Data

We process your data based on your consent (when you sign up) and to fulfill our contract with you (providing access to the platform). Without your data, we cannot create or maintain your account.

Our platform may contain links to other websites. Their privacy practices are separate from ours, and we encourage you to review their policies.

Minors

If you are under 16 years old, you are not allowed to use this app. We do not knowingly collect data from minors and will delete any accounts that violate this rule.

Security Breach Notification

If we experience a security breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you without undue delay in accordance with applicable laws.

AI Coaching (Optional)

We offer optional daily coaching powered by OpenAI. You decide whether to use it. When enabled, your input may be sent to OpenAI’s API to generate responses. When disabled, no data is shared with OpenAI.

We do not use your coaching input to train AI models, and OpenAI does not use API data for training. Learn more about OpenAI's data handling here: OpenAI API Privacy.

You can opt in or out of AI coaching anytime via your settings page.

Legal Basis for AI Features

We process your coaching inputs based on your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent anytime by disabling the feature in settings.

Data Processors

If you enable AI coaching, OpenAI acts as a data processor under our instructions. Your data remains protected by appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy over time. The latest version will always be posted here. We encourage you to review it periodically.
